Surgam is the literary magazine of the Philolexian Society at Columbia University which is published three times a year. The Fall and Spring issues are comprised of submissions of poetry, short fiction, translations, essays, reviews, photography, and visual art of any style while the Winter issue features the winning poems from our Annual Alfred Joyce Kilmer Memorial Bad Poetry Contest. All CC, SEAS, GS, and Barnard undergraduates are welcome to submit.
